There is not many 3D projectors in the market place yet. They are also more expensive than your standard 3D tv. Beside that you can only watch blu ray disc movies on it, it does not have a tv tuner to watch tv program. Your room also will have to be dark for it to be effective. Most of all the lamps only last about 2,000 hours of use. So will need a 3D blu ray disc player, a 3D movie and a surround sound system. Most 3D software in the market today are animated movies and there are only about 40 titles in the market. Those cheap projectors do not last. Keep in mind you get what you pay for. Go online to Home Theater Magazine and read the reviews on 3D as well as other equipment. Hope this will help you out.

Answer
No, you will not be able to watch 3D movies or play 3D video games on this projectors. The 3D technology is still new and not all manufacturer have come to one standard in making 3D tv. You are going to need the following to have 3D: 3D tv, 3D blu ray disc player, 3D movies and 3D glasses. Keep in mind that there are only about 25 3D movies in the market today and they are animated. They up coming new release will be tied in only to a purchase of a new 3D tv. Projectors are not ideal for gaming, they are more expensive when you get a 1080P than a flat panel tv. The lamp on the projector is only rated at 2,000 hours of use then you have to replace it, and the cost to replace a lamp can start at $50 to $300 each. Compare that to a flat panel tv that is rated at 60,000 hours. You also need a dark room for a projector and also need a projector screen. They are only handful of projectors that are capable of the 3D and the 1080P none 3D starts at around $1,500. Go online to Home Theater Magazine and read the reviews on projectors. Hope this will help you out.
