a) Does your projector have a wifi receiver? This is RARE.

If yes,
a) Read the manual of the projector. If you lost it, Dell has it online.
If no
There is nothing you can do without buying anything....

A generic answer: You may or may not find a master code for the Dell, but if the Dish remote has a learning function you can teach it the necessary commands for a projector. Generally you only need a few commands. If you want to get better results consider something like a Harmony 550 remote ... that can often be found for under $100 and can be programmed to control (almost) anything.

Network into a projector?

I have a laptop that I need to connect into a local network that has a computer on it directly hooked up to a projector. What I need to do is take control of that machine with my laptop so that I may use the projector, I also need to use the files on my laptop for my presentation. How can I do this?

It will be easier the other way around.

Put your laptop on the network
Make the drive shareable
Then, from the projector laptop, access the file and display it.

To do it the other way around, you will need to use Netmeeting or remote desktop or something similar.

I'm confused. If I download the cerberus network DLC for 1200 MSP do I get lair of shadow broker, zaeed and kasumi all along with it?

Or do I need to pay for them separately? If I do need to pay for them separately, then what's the point of getting cerberus network at all?

The Cerberus Network started out as a set of free DLC for people who bought a legitimate copy of the game. This was to counter piracy and the used games market. Nowadays, EA abandonded the Online Pass system and as a result, the Cerberus Network is free, even for players who bought a used copy. The point of getting Cerberus Network at all, was because it was free to begin with for most people.

The Cerberus Network contains Zaeed, Cerberus weapons and armor, Arc Projector Firewalker and Normandy Crash Site.

Why does my Dish Network receiver not work with my Sharp projector?

Q. It will show the picture, however it blinks from picture to a snowy picture? I have it hooked up using an HDMI to DVI cable...it works with my Blue ray player? please help!

Well first of all...DVI cables do not carry audio signals like an HDMI cable does. Are you plugged into the DVI jack on the projector? I am not sure how you have it hooked up?

If your pumping 5.1 audio into your projector with an HDMI cable into the DVI jack then you are overloading your projectors board....

Don't mix the inputs with wrong cables...

My photo club would like to buy a digital projector for powerpoint presentations, photo presentations, and MAYBE in the future for photo contests if the quality of the projected image is good enough. We can't spend more than $700. What would you recommend? If you can't recommend a particular projector, is there a brand that you would chose over others, or a brand you would NOT chose?
