best projector conference room image

For presenting in a conference room, with a projector hooked up to my laptop, should I pick a white background with black text, or is it easier on everyone's eyes to have a dark background with light colored text.
Answer
It's easier on everyone's eyes to have a dark background with light text. Be sure to do a trial run sometime before hand to make sure that you can see everything correctly. Talk to your instructor about it. See if you can stop by and hook it up just to make sure. (I'm speaking through personal experience with a presentation that got a bad grade because it couldn't be seen when I thought it could be.) You want to make sure everything is readable and not hard on your eyes. ^_^ If it's not hard on your eyes, it shouldn't be on anyone else's either. Remember, it's going to look different on a projector screen than it will on your small computer screen. ^_^

Can anybody recommend a cost-effective 4 screen Video Wall?
We are looking for a four screen video wall solution for our conference room. We are looking for simplicity, high resolutions and an easy install. We also would like to use multiple sources.
Any help would be highly appreciated !

iVu4 ... no doubt about it.
Check out http://www.emsdigital.co.uk
The iVu4 Stand Alone Video Controller is smaller than a laptop, has 1 DVI in and 4 DVI out. Quite seriously "Plug n Play" and supports output resolutions up to 1920 x 1080.
We four of them last month. We have been driving them with DVD players, projectors, laptops, computers ... and as far as cost goes, I believe they cost around £699 per unit.
We searched long and hard, you won't find anything even remotely as good and cost-effective.
