How to adjust projector headlights?

I have an 04 chevy silverado and I installed projector headlights but they did not come with any instructions on adjusting them. Could someone please help me. Someone who has gone through this with a chevy would be nice. Thanks for your time.

Just like any other headlamp assembly, there should be adjusting screws somewhere on the back of the housing.

I know this may seem like a dumb question but I'm looking for some blacked out LED headlights for my 2009 Silverado and have seen many deals on ebay. However how will the trucks high beams work?

I hope you don't drive much at night due to blacked out smoked headlights are really very dim....Don't do it, it is just for looks and quite unsafe.......

HID's and aftermarket projector headlamps?

I bought some projector headlights for my 2000 chevy silverado. The headlights use the H1 instead of the regular ones. I was wondering if I could use an HID kit on them?

You can use the HID kit with the bulbs in the form of H1 bulbs. Check first with seller. Another issue is understanding if it has the high beam solution and of what kind (some kits don't have it).

with projector headlights do they have good visibility

do they give off more light than stock headlights and do i need hid bulbs in both low and high beams. i need answers from people that own them or know people that have them.installing on a 2002 silverado

All DOT approved lights have a maximum of 55 watts output. Manufacturers tweak the light frequency to the white side, toward 5500 degrees Kelvin, to make them look brighter, but the lumen outputs are really all about the same. Other than a slight gain in beam control, they don't really do much better because of DOT specs.

Simple Euro headlight replacements in the 100 watt range will blow them away - seeing stop signs a mile down the road in flat country is common (don't ask how I know ;). ) Plus, on low beam, oncoming drivers are not affected - they have superior cutoff and don't shine up in the trees. Hella and Cibie, among others, have been making them for decades, the tech is proven - just not legal here.

It's no comfort the council advising DOT on this is made up of US makers who have been stonewalling improvements for 50 years.HID, projector, and the new LED will never be as good until at least '60's era Euro reflector shapes and output are made legal.

My boyfriend has a chevy silverado 1997 and i want to get him somthing good for christmas.. i want to get him something cool for his truck with a 250$ limit ... he said he wanted new headlights but i have no idea what kind to get or anything please help !

Check a local auto parts store. I think you can get new headlights and a HID conversion kit for that budget.The only decision is projector beam or diamond cut housings.Diamond cut looks cleaner and almost stock, projector beam would be more noticeably aftermarket. I would go crystal cut , they are more tasteful, and much nicer than stock.If he prefers projector beam, he would still be thrilled to have crystal cut, but if he likes the clean look and gets projector beams, he might be less thrilled.

Help!!! does anyone make projector headlights for 81-87 Chevy Silverados?

I have a 82 model chevy silverado and the oem headlights suck. I have seen them with an H.I.D kit on a 83 model in a magazine and they looked pretty cool. I was wondering if anyone knew where i can actually find some. I've looked everywhere, i even tried ebay but no luck. Can someone please help me?

LMC sells euro lights, with xenon bulbs, with is the HID look. and not illegal.
