Whats a good point n'shoot camera under $200?

hey guys, I currently own a 12.1MP Nikon Camera with a Built in Projector, and to be honest it's very slow at taking photos and does really poorly in low lightning. Therefore, I've decided that now would be a good time to sell it along with my older Kodak 7.2MP for a new camera. When I read some reviews about the top cameras of 2012, brands like Panasonic and Fujiflim that were once horrible kept popping up and that makes me wonder whether its real or not lol. So I need your help to match me up with a good point n' shoot camera that is under $200, it must be 16MP.

Don't worry about MP count. Higher MP DOES NOT = better image quality. Actually, when it comes to Point & Shoot cameras, higher MP count = crappier pictures.
