how do i get light from the bulb of my VISIONMAX HD-4K projector?

i got this projector abot 3days ago and it was working fine, last night i used it to watch something on skyHD+ then turned it off to change it to my DVDplayer and now has no light from bulb. the button light works fine as does the fan

Sounds like you bulb is blown. This is a horror that no projector owner wants to hear since the bulbs can cost hundreds of dollars.

Have you been letting your projector cool down properly when turning it off? You need to let the fan run for a while after use so that it can draw the heat off the bulb. This significantly increases the life of your bulb.

What is a 4K cinema ? and is it better than IMAX?
