What is a 24 month calculation period?

So i wanted to rent a data projector from mr rental (an nz renting thing), and when i went to check the price, and it said $40.10/week 24 month calculation period OR $50.10/week 12 month calculation period...
i have no idea what calculation period means so if anyone could tell me, that would be great (:

ScreenFlow Recording Lost For Good!?

Hi, me and my friends are doing a minecraft lets play, i just recorded 1hour30mins of footage using screenflow. After ending the recording, i went to File > Export... I got the spinning circle and then screenflow quit, i then re-opened screenflow and 2 files that i recorded before this were still in the timeline BUT this one video (coincidentally the most important one) was NOT there. It was just a black screen! as there is NO way of us re-recording this 90minute video the same way, is there ANY way of me recovering this? i didnt even get a chance to save it before screenflow quit!

I have tried searching everywhere and still in-conclusive! PLEASE HELP A.S.A.P!

I NEED THIS VIDEO

If it helps, i am not shutting down or loggin off my iMac untill i get a solid answer (just incase that effects the chances of losing it.)

projector or outdoor tv?

i just had a pool built and im looking to get an outdoor projector and screen...but im also considering an outdoor tv...i know outdoor projectors arent great during the day time, but my main concern is initial cost and setup? I couldnt find any reviews or pros and cons about the two...any help would be appreciated.

Projectors are more expensive than your standard tv. Beside that you will also need a screen and a sound system to support it. You would not be able to watch a tv program on tv with a projector. You can purchase a large screen LED or Plasma tv from Samsung or Panasonic, say a 50" and it will be brighter than a projector during the day or night showing. Also projector lamps are only rated for around 2,000 hours of use and replacement lamps can be limited. Hope this will help you out.

Home Theater Projector or TV?

Q. I don't watch TV at all, but I would like to be able to watch movies on something bigger than my lap top. I heard about projectors and started doing some research, but it seems like projectors are way more expensive than any of the TVs out there. Is there a reason I should still get the projector instead of a TV? Do they last longer or something? Or is it only because they're bigger than a TV?

There are lots of arguments and theories relating to this subject so be prepared for lots of replies. In my opinion, it used to be the case that projectors had far better resolution and clarity over a crt set and that's why it was a prefered choice and also it was smaller than a rear projection set.
These days technology has moved on in leaps and bounds and with the innovation of HD technology, there is not a lot of difference when it comes to the home user. I would say to make sure you go plasma rather than LCD if you decide to go down the "tv" route
